What is an AI-search-ready website?

An AI-search-ready website makes confirmed business facts explicit in readable pages and machine-readable structure. It tells people and search systems what the business does, where it works and how to contact it.

AI Search Ready describes structured, crawlable business information. It does not guarantee indexing, rankings, AI recommendations, traffic or inquiries.

How is it different from a normal website?

Verkar’s planned distinction is the connection between the website and day-to-day work: the same confirmed business facts support the site, and customer requests enter the inquiry workflow.

A conventional website can also have clear content and structured data. Verkar is an operating platform, with a website alongside inquiry management, job management, scheduling and field operations. The planned website uses guided editing and templates, rather than a generic free-form website builder.

How does Verkar generate the website?

The planned process turns owner-confirmed business information into a validated draft that the owner reviews before explicitly publishing.

  1. Confirm the business identity, services, coverage and public contact details.
  2. Generate a draft using structured templates. AI may assist with wording; unknown facts are omitted or requested from the owner.
  3. Review and adjust the draft, then inspect a separate, access-protected preview marked noindex for search engines.
  4. Explicitly publish the approved version. Later draft edits do not silently change the published site.

AI cannot invent business facts, decide prices or publish on the owner’s behalf. Generation, preview and publishing are planned capabilities.

What business information does Verkar structure?

The planned website presents only information the business has confirmed and approved for public use.

  • Identity and contact: business name, description and public contact details.
  • Services and coverage: what the business offers, service areas and useful answers to customer questions.
  • Hours and pricing: confirmed public opening hours, prices or pricing model, and applicable owner-confirmed ROT/RUT information.
  • Evidence: approved images and projects, genuine credentials and reviews, where supplied and verified.
  • Request details: how to ask for a quote or contact, and what information the business needs.

Unknown facts are left out. Working-day defaults in an operational calendar are not automatically public opening hours. Private customer records, job details and unapproved portfolio media are not public website content.

How can search engines and AI systems understand that information?

The planned output gives search systems readable pages and matching structured descriptions of the business and its services.

  • Semantic HTML, descriptive headings and useful links make the content and its relationships explicit.
  • Page titles, descriptions and image descriptions explain what each page contains.
  • Canonical URLs identify the preferred page addresses; a sitemap lists published primary URLs and robots rules describe crawler access.
  • Structured data describes the same confirmed facts shown on the page, without adding unsupported claims.

Search engines and AI systems decide whether to crawl, index, cite or recommend a page. Producing this information does not control those decisions.

Does Verkar guarantee Google or ChatGPT rankings?

No. Verkar does not guarantee Google or ChatGPT rankings, indexing, inclusion in AI answers, recommendations, traffic or leads.

AI Search Ready describes how business information is prepared and presented. It is not a promise of search placement or customer inquiries.

How does a website visitor become a Verkar inquiry?

In the planned flow, a visitor’s quote or contact request is saved directly as a Verkar inquiry, keeping the service and request context available for the resulting work.

  1. The visitor reads a service page and chooses its quote or contact action.
  2. They provide their name, reachable phone or email, a description of the need and, where relevant, the selected service.
  3. The site validates and saves the request as an inquiry for that business. A success message appears only after it has been saved.
  4. An authorized operator follows up and can convert the inquiry into a job, retaining its context for scheduling, assignment and field work.

A quote request is not a booked appointment, an instant quote or an automatically scheduled job. This connected public intake is planned; the Talk to us action on this company page is for discussing Verkar’s availability.

How do custom domains work?

The plan includes a hosted address such as <business-slug>.verkar.site and the option to connect a domain the business already owns. Hosted publishing and custom-domain activation are not generally available yet.

The business keeps ownership of its domain and connects it through DNS. After ownership verification and HTTPS activation, that custom domain becomes the primary address. The hosted address redirects to it, leaving one preferred hostname for indexing rather than duplicate public sites.

Verkar’s Release-1 plan does not include domain purchases or transfers. Explicitly disconnecting a custom domain restores the hosted address for a still-published site. Draft previews remain separate from public addresses.

Who is this designed for?

Local service businesses, starting with plumbers in Sweden. The planned connection is for teams that want customer requests to carry through from their website into the work they organize and deliver.
